I don't know yet. I do hope the big tree will stay. Habitat usually tries to keep trees in place. I can't see that there will be room between the two trees, and the house will face the street where it would need to go between the 2 trees. So ... the smaller of the two may have to come down :(
So you'll plant some more! Once the house is in place you will want to put in smaller deciduous trees to make shade in the summer, and allow light in the winter. Older trees are lovely, but temporary, anyway.
And you can put in ornamentals! Good Lord, Pearlie, the possibilities are endless. I'm getting so excited for you!!
