  1. This is so exciting for you!

    How very special!!

I'm still speechless about your book!

As far as the pictures go...

    I wanted to *vote*.

    ;+ )

The one with the cross is nice if you could tone down the bright light that is shining on your neck.

    It's my first choice.

    The first photo is second.

The last photo is last because of the glare of the white light.

  2. I think my favorite is the cross,I have to send 3.

These are the proofs so he still has to adjust them.

Samuel and I were messing with the pictures and I may ask him to do that one in black and white or sepia. I really really like it that way.

  4. PK, this is such good news. I vote for the one with the cross definitely! The other two are also good but the minute I looked at the one with the cross I knew it was the one.

When will all this be done and your book actually finished and ready to buy?

  6. I think I like the cross one so much because of my "Battle Cry" song ... my theme song ... since Benjamin was 3 and I started to fight with the school district has been ... In Christ Alone. As I struggled through Habitat ... I clung to the words of the song .. clinging to the promise ... IN CHRIST ALONE ... I PLACE MY TRUST.

Determined that when I came out the other side they'd see in me ..that my victory came from the power of the cross of Christ!

In Christ Alone - Michael English

In Christ alone will I glory
    Though I could pride myself
    In battles won
For I've been blessed beyond measure
And by His strength alone, I overcome
Oh, I could stop and count successes
    Like diamonds in my hands
But these trophies could not equal
To the grace, by which I stand

    In Christ alone
    I place my trust
    And find my glory
In the power of the cross
    In every victory
Let it be said of me
    My source of strength
    My source of hope
    Is Christ alone

In Christ alone will I glory
    For only by His grace
    I am redeemed
    And only His tender mercy
    Could reach beyond my weakness
    To my need
Now I seek no greater honor
Than just to know Him more
And to count my gains but losses
And to the glory of my Lord

    In Christ alone
    I place my trust
    And find my glory
In the power of the cross
    In every victory
Let it be said of me
    My source of strength
    My source of hope
    Is Christ alone

  9. I agree with Fallen Angel -- I like the first pic the best because your beautiful smile and eyes are so clearly seen.

Where do we order an advance copy of the book?
